On Tuesday, June 24th, a small group from the Shelburne County Garden Club finished off the planting at the Alma Chetwynd Garden until the fall.
Greg, Brenda, Don, Kay, Sandy and Marilyn weeded and watered all the flower beds, as well as the rhododendron and the crab apple tree.
Two red 'Dortmund' roses were planted on the outside of the arbour and 2 Clematis were planted on the inside.
Fortunately, we had a good rain on Thursday, which helps with the watering until everything gets established.
